Urban Integration

The design focuses on activating the threshold between stadium and street, creating an event space that serves as a gathering area before/after games and during non-event times. A 3-meter facade withdrawal and redesigned entrance stairs form a versatile public plaza.

Functional Zoning

The complex features two distinct sections: Western part with main entrance, player facilities, media areas, and 1500-seat grandstand; Eastern part with club premises, retail space, and 1000-seat grandstand. Includes parking for players/media and public amenities like restaurants and gym.
